Rod Weir, Director and Finance Broker

Rod Weir, the Director of All Lending and Finance, commenced his career in finance at the age of 16 working as a Clerk in one of Australia’s leading banks.

Throughout his distinguished career he worked his way through to Senior Management, holding positions in Consumer Lending, Mobile Mortgage Management, Branch Management and Business Banking Management.

Rod has a very strong focus on customer service and believes that the only way to grow a business is to grow a relationship.

He holds a Diploma of Business in Banking and Finance and is a Senior Associate of the Australasian Institute of Banking and Finance. He has also completed several small business courses including Accounting for Bankers and the Omega Lending for Small Business Program.

Rod is an accredited member of Loan Market and an Accredited Mortgage Consultant with the industry professional body, Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (M.F.A.A).
